Mayer Brown has added leveraged and syndicated finance lawyer Andrew Vouziers to its banking and finance practice in Chicago, the law firm said Friday.
He will co-lead the firm’s Americas lending group, Mayer Brown said in an announcement.
Vouziers represents investment banks, direct lenders, private equity, hedge funds, commercial banks, and insurance companies, according to the law firm.
