Joyce Cowan joined Massumi + Consoli as a partner, the firm announced Tuesday.
Cowan focuses on private equity healthcare transactions, including complex regulatory and compliance issues, the firm said. She also advises clients on public policy matters, including the financing and delivery of health-care services and the requirements of Medicare and Medicaid.
She joins from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.
