Middle-market private equity law firm Massumi + Consoli is opening an office in Dallas, targeting an opportunity to hire lawyers and bring in more work from a growing local private equity scene.
Anthony Consoli will helm the new office of the boutique firm, which is focused on private equity transactional and advisory work, according to Massumi + Consoli.
