Dov Kogen joined Massumi + Consoli as a partner in its private equity and mergers and acquisitions practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Tuesday.
Kogen advises clients on complex transactions, including platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, strategic mergers, and growth investments. He also counsels clients on general corporate and governance matters, the firm said.
He joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
