Marshall Dennehey announced Thursday it has merged with Delany Law, a Philadelphia-based litigation boutique.
Three shareholders, one special counsel, one associate, and two paralegals will join Marshall Dennehey in its Philadelphia and Mount Laurel, N.J., offices, all practicing in the casualty department, as a result of the merger, Marshall Dennehey said.
A group of support staff will also join the firm, Marshall Dennehey said.
Delany’s Andrew Campbell, Kristen Worley, and founding partner Jack Delany will join as shareholders, the firm said.
Delany Law will close its Philadelphia and Woodbury, N.J., offices Oct. 31, according to Marshall Dennehey.
