Manhattan Associates Inc. misled investors about the growth potential of its professional services for managing supply chain software, a proposed class action says.

Manhattan Associates’ stock lost nearly a quarter of its value in a single day after the company announced disappointing financial results for the fourth quarter of 2024 and reduced its revenue guidance for the 2025 fiscal year, Timothy Prime says. Prime filed his suit Tuesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
