James Williams joined Manatt, Phelps & Phillips as a partner in its financial services practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Wednesday.
Williams advises on securities and venture finance with a focus on blockchain and fintech innovation. He counsels clients on capital formation, project structuring, and token modeling, and represents crypto asset issuers, exchanges, market makers, investors and developers on transactional and regulatory matters, the firm said.
