Zach Howe joined Manatt, Phelps & Phillips as a partner in its San Diego office, the firm announced Thursday.
Howe joins from the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California. He will draw on his appellate and trial experience to help build and expand the firm’s appellate capabilities and enhance existing trial ready offerings for clients across investigations, enforcement defense and high stakes litigation, Manatt said.
