Justin J. Wolosz has joined Manatt Phelps & Phillips as a trial, white collar, and investigations partner in Boston, Mass., the firm said Monday.
Wolosz’s practice includes a range of commercial litigation matters including contract and tort claims, consumer protection violations, False Claims Act investigations and litigation, and unfair competition claims, according to Manatt.
He also has experience defending clients in consumer class actions in federal and state court in addition to multi-district litigation matters, said the firm.
Kaela M. Athay, Max Jacobs, and R. Nicholas Perkins also join him at Manatt as associates.
