Manatt Adds Financial Services Partners Troy Zander, Warren Biro

Troy Zander and Warren Biro have joined Manatt, Phelps & Phillips as financial services partners with the firm’s San Diego and Los Angeles offices, respectively, the firm said Tuesday.

Zander represents companies, lenders and related stakeholders in documenting their technology, life sciences and middle-market financing transactions, including traditional commercial leveraged debt and venture debt financings and bridge loans, according to Manatt.
