Manatt Adds Financial Services Partner Patel in Chicago Office

Financial services lawyer Sameer Patel has joined Manatt, Phelps & Phillips in its Chicago office, the firm said Thursday.

Patel joins from Holland & Knight, where he was a partner. He focuses on the syndication of federal and state new markets tax credits and guiding clients through opportunity zone investments, low-income housing, and historic rehabilitation tax credit matters, according to Manatt.
