Luminar Technologies Inc. and its chief legal officer Alan Prescott agreed to part ways Thursday as the company also touted a trio of new executive hires, including Prescott’s successor Alexander Fishkin.
Fishkin, a former corporate counsel at Alphabet Inc.’s Google, was Luminar’s first general counsel. He left after three years and was replaced in 2021 by Prescott, a former acting general counsel at Elon Musk-led Tesla Inc. Prescott’s resignation was disclosed in a securities filing.
