Lucid Motors Names New Legal Chief as EV Headwinds Loom

Lucid Group Inc., an electric vehicle maker that recently sought to slash costs through a restructuring, has named its third general counsel in a year in Brian Tomkiel. The company’s new law department leader takes over at a time when Lucid and other EV outfits are preparing for potential US policy changes.
