Lowe’s Gets Workers’ Untimely-Pay, Reimbursement Claims Trimmed

Lowe’s Home Centers LLC is free for now of claims that it failed to pay workers on time or reimburse them for business expenses, but the company lost its bid to ditch overtime allegations.

The California workers didn’t sufficiently allege the home improvement chain, a Lowe’s Cos. subsidiary, failed to pay their wages when due or provide work expense reimbursements, but their state and federal overtime claims can move forward, the US District Court for the Southern District of California said.
