Dennis Courtney has joined Patent Trial & Appeals Board litigation firm, Lowenstein & Weatherwax, as a partner, the firm said Monday.
Courtney, who previously served at Irell & Manella, has experience with inter partes review proceedings and patent litigation in federal district and appellate courts, according to Lowenstein & Weatherwax.
He is joined by associates Granville Kaufmann and Kenneth Wang, said the firm.
