Lowenstein Sandler Recruits Forman, Friedenberg as Partners

Daniel Forman and Matthew Friedenberg joined Lowenstein Sandler as partners in its capital markets and securities practice and business litigation practice, respectively, in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.

Forman represents public and private companies, investment banks, private equity sponsors, and venture funds in securities offerings as well as corporate governance and compliance matters, the firm said. Additionally, he deals with transactions involving IPOs, secondary equity offerings, debt and convertible debt offerings, PIPES, and other private placements.

Friedenberg litigates commercial and real estate disputes in state and federal court, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums, the firm said. ...
