Ivan J. Presant joined Lowenstein Sandler as a partner in its mergers & acquisitions practice in New York City, the firm announced Wednesday.
Presant represents public and private companies across pharmaceuticals, retail, food and beverage, financial services, fintech, and health care industries. His practice spans both public and private M&A, as well as strategic transactions and non-bankruptcy restructurings, the firm said.
He joins from Mintz.
