Lowenstein Sandler Expands Bankruptcy & Restructuring Team in NY

Daniel B. Besikof has joined Lowenstein Sandler as a partner in the bankruptcy and restructuring department in New York, the firm said Monday.

Besikof works on Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, corporate restructurings, and liquidations, representing secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, debtors, indenture trustees, landlords, equity holders, and distressed investors, according to Lowenstein Sandler.

His experience also covers representation in bankruptcy avoidance litigation and counsel on the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of secured and unsecured financing transactions, Lowenstein Sandler said.
