Lowenstein Sandler Brings On Fisher for New York M&A Practice

Scott Fisher joined Lowenstein Sandler as a partner in its mergers & acquisitions and capital markets & securities practices in New York City, the firm announced Tuesday.

Fisher advises corporate clients, investment funds, and individuals on corporate and securities matters, including public and private offerings of debt and equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance. He represents both issuers and underwriters in capital markets transactions and counsels private equity funds across the full lifecycle of their investments, from acquisition to exit, the firm said.

He joins from Steptoe.
