Julia E. Sanabria has joined Lowenstein Sandler as a partner with the real estate practice group in New York, the firm said Thursday.
Sanabria focuses on commercial leasing among other real estate matters, according to Lowenstein Sandler.
She has experience with joint ventures and the origination and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans, developments, and loan workouts, Lowenstein Sandler said.
