Amy S. Mushahwar has joined Lowenstein Sandler as a partner and chair of the data, privacy, and cybersecurity practice in Washington, D.C., the firm said Thursday.

Mushahwar has experience handling data security, cyber risk, privacy, and emerging technology issues, according to Lowenstein Sandler.

She helps companies manage breaches and collaborates with emerging companies to establish cybersecurity designs, Lowenstein Sandler said.
