Lowenstein Sandler Adds Jason Gould, Courtney Posner as Partners

Jason Gould and Courtney Posner joined Lowenstein Sandler as partners, the firm announced Tuesday.

Gould joins the firm’s white collar defense and litigation practices in Roseland, N.J., and Posner joins the investment management group in New York.

Gould’s practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, government investigations, and complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on representing individuals and organizations in the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical industries, the firm said.

Posner’s practice focuses on advising on fund formation and structuring, Investment Advisers Act regulatory and compliance matters, and securities and exchanges reporting, the firm said.
