Kegan A. Brown has joined Lowenstein Sandler as a partner in the environmental Law and litigation group in New York and New Jersey, the firm said Monday.
Brown has represented clients in environmental and products liability litigations and regulatory matters with an emphasis on those involving per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances or natural resource damages, according to Lowenstein Sandler.
He joins from Latham & Watkins.
