Jonathan A. Danziger has joined Lowenstein Sandler’s investment management group as a partner in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Danziger advises clients on the formation and structuring of private funds and management companies, regulatory and compliance matters, and shareholder engagement and activist campaigns, according to Lowenstein Sandler.
He is the former general counsel and chief compliance officer at Glenview Capital Management, said the firm.
