Matteo Daste joined Lowenstein Sandler as a partner in its emerging companies and venture capital group in San Francisco, the firm announced Wednesday.
Daste represents domestic and foreign startups, emerging growth companies and investors in venture and growth equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. He frequently counsels businesses and investors on cross-border transactions between Europe and the United States in the tech sector, digital asset/cryptocurrency and fintech sectors, the firm said.
He joins from Mayer Brown.
