Lowenstein Sandler represented Traub Capital Partners on the private equity firm’s acquisition of a majority stake in HITS Shows, a producer of hunter-jumper horse shows in the United States.
HITS’ website says it operates horse shows in five venues, including Ocala, Florida; Culpeper, Virginia; Wayne, Illinois; East Dorset, Vermont, and its headquarters town of Saugerties, New York.
For 2022, the company has 46 Weeks of sanctioned hunter-jumper competition scheduled and six weeks of dressage events, with 65,000 horses expected to compete, according to a statement.
