Lowenstein Hires Kwon to Join Firm’s Emerging Companies Practice

Abraham Kwon has joined Lowenstein Sandler as a partner with its emerging companies and venture capital practice group in New York, the firm said Tuesday.

Kwon counsels startups and emerging companies throughout their corporate lifecycle, and his clients include industries in life sciences, artificial intelligence, fintech, blockchain, robotics, and health tech, according to Lowenstein.

He also works with venture capital, growth equity firms and corporate venture arms as they weigh whether to back startups and growth companies.

He joins from Goodwin Procter, where he was a partner with its life science and technology group.
