Phil Lerch joined the Loeb & Loeb in its real estate investments and transactions departments in Los Angeles, the firm announced on Monday.
Lerch represents lenders, borrowers, purchasers, sellers, developers, investors, and other real property operators on financing and “dirt” real estate transactions, the firm said.
He joins from Elkins Kalt.
