Loeb & Loeb Adds Lawrence Simon as Partner in New York Office

Lawrence Simon has joined Loeb & Loeb as a partner in the real estate department in the New York office, the firm said Monday.

Simon, who joins from Morrison Cohen, handles acquisitions and sales of real estate as well as represents landlords and tenants in office, retail, and warehouse leases, according to Loeb & Loeb.

He also advises on the structuring of complex real estate transactions, said the firm.
