Locke Lord Hires Miller as Private Wealth Partner (Correct)

Isreal Miller has joined Locke Lord as a partner in the firm’s private wealth practice in Dallas, the firm said Monday.

Miller counsels clients on how to minimize estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes, and how to implement and administer complex estate planning structures, according to Locke Lord.

Miller, who is also a certified public accountant, works with taxpayer and their representatives, auditors and other agency personnel to solve state tax issues and claims related to Texas franchise tax and sales and use tax, the firm said.
