Katy Spillers has joined Locke Lord’s corporate and transactional practice group as an equity partner in Los Angeles, the firm said Tuesday.
Spillers has led transactions for clients involved in the entertainment, technology and new media, and branded consumer goods sectors, according to Locke Lord.
She practiced as a partner at Greenberg Glusker.
