Locke Lord Adds Corporate, Transactional Practice Partner Daly

Jon Daly has joined Locke Lord as a partner in the corporate and transactional practice group in Houston, the firm announced Monday.

Daly, who joins from Sidley Austin, centers his practice on corporate and securities law matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and the representation of issuers and investment banks in capital-raising transactions, according to Locke Lord.

He advises companies, management teams, and private equity funds in connection with private equity investments as well as M&A transactions, said the firm.
