Malcolm Ingram joined Littler Mendelson as a shareholder in its Philadelphia office, the firm announced Monday.
Ingram advises employers through all phases of litigation and dispute resolution before federal courts, state courts, and administrative agencies. He defends clients against employment law matters, including discrimination and harassment claims under federal law, and handles litigation involving wage and hour claims and misappropriation of trade secrets, the firm said.
He joins from Greenberg Traurig.
