Littler Taps Richard Kienzler as Unfair Competition Shareholder

Richard Kienzler rejoined Littler Mendelson as a shareholder in its unfair competition and trade secrets practice group in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.

Kienzler represents employers in disputes involving non-competition, non-solicitation and other post-employment covenants, as well as trade secret misappropriation claims. He has served as lead trial counsel in state and federal courts nationwide and in arbitrations, handling urgent cases requiring immediate injunctive relief across multiple industries, the firm said.

He joins from RHM Staffing Solutions, where he was general counsel.
