Littler Signs Griffiths as Toronto-Based Employment Law Partner

Gerald Griffiths has joined Littler Mendelson as a partner with the firm’s employment and labor law practice in Toronto, the firm said Tuesday.

Griffiths, joined in the move by four associates, advises multi-national and multi-jurisdictional entities and other employers on a wide range of employment and labor law matters, according to Littler.

He navigates clients through civil litigation disputes, collective bargaining and agreement administration, as well as employment contracts, hiring practices, grievance arbitration, and workplace investigations, the firm said.

Griffiths joins from Sherrard Kuzz.
