Littler Recruits Amanda McGinn as Shareholder From Akin Gump

Amanda McGinn joined Littler Mendelson as a shareholder in Washington, the firm announced Monday.

McGinn represents clients in high-stakes labor and employment matters, within the sports industry and across other sectors. She has defended sports associations and teams in labor and contract disputes, as well as litigation involving equal employment opportunity claims and compliance with the Labor Management Relations Act, the firm said.

She joins from Akin Gump.
