Tim McInturf joined Littler Mendelson as a shareholder in its Houston office, the firm announced Monday.
McInturf represents employers in unfair competition, noncompete, and trade secret matters, and defends against discrimination and retaliation claims. He also counsels employers on workplace issues and policies related to hiring, performance management, training, and employment contracts, the firm said.
