Littler Mendelson Brings on Shana French as a Partner in Toronto

Shana French has joined Littler Mendelson as a labor and employment partner in the firm’s Toronto office, the firm said Monday.

French counsels employers and multinationals entering Canada on employment and labour law compliance and risk management, according to Littler.

She has advised employers on the globalization of workplace policies, executive compensation plans, human rights issues, disability accommodation, and workplace investigations, the firm said.
