Gregory Tumolo has joined Littler Mendelson as a shareholder in the firm’s Providence, Rhode Island office, the firm said Monday.
Tumolo counsels clients on a range of employment and labor law matters, with an emphasis on business-minded compliance solutions and legal risk mitigation, according to Littler.
He advises employers on issues relating to wage and hour compliance as well as discrimination, harassment and retaliation prevention, among other topics, the firm said.
He joins from Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith.
