Gregory Keating rejoined Littler Mendelson as a shareholder in Boston, the firm announced Monday.
Keating represents and advises clients on employment matters, particularly in whistleblowing, investigations, and compliance. He litigates whistleblower cases and conducts investigations across the US and abroad, and helps clients develop compliance programs, including reporting and investigation systems for workplace-related claims, the firm said.
He joins from Epstein Becker Green.
