Bradford J. Kelley has joined Littler as a shareholder in Washington, the firm said Monday.
Kelley formerly served as chief counsel to Commissioner Keith Sonderling at the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and as senior policy adviser with the wage and hour division of the US Labor Department, according to Littler.
He has particular experience with anti-discrimination laws and the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace, Littler said.
