Shelley Ericsson joined Littler as a shareholder in its Kansas City office, the firm announced Monday.
Ericsson advises employers on employment laws and workplace investigations including matters arising under various federal acts. She counsels clients on compliance issues related to hiring, termination and performance management and guides clients through litigation from the administrative phase to jury trials, the firm said.
She joins from Ogletree Deakins.
