Briana Swift has joined Littler Mendelson as a shareholder in the firm’s employee benefits and executive compensation practices in its Seattle office.
Swift counsels clients on how to design, draft and administer health and welfare plans, employee benefit plans, and retirement plans, and advises employers on tax compliance issues and matters arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, according to the firm.
Her practice also focuses on assisting clients in the process of mergers and acquisitions, and related compensation considerations, the firm said.
Swift joins the firm from K&L Gates.
