Littler Develops Charlotte Office With Jackson Lewis Recruit

Kathleen Lucchesi joined Littler as a shareholder in its Charlotte office, the firm announced Monday.

Lucchesi counsels public and private employers on hiring and termination, employee discipline, discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour compliance and family and medical leave. She guides employers through investigations by government agencies and conducts internal investigations involving whistleblower, discrimination and retaliation claims, the firm said.

She joins from Jackson Lewis.
