D. Porpoise Evans has been appointed office managing shareholder of Littler’s Miami office, the firm said Wednesday.
Evans advises public and private companies regarding wage and hour compliance, discrimination claims, breach of contract, leave and disability accommodation, and workplace safety, according to Littler.
He defends employers in federal and state courts, and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Florida Commission on Human Relations, said the firm.
