Mattheus Stephens has joined Littler Mendelson as a shareholder in the San Diego, Calif., office, the firm said Monday.
Stephens, who joins from Schor Vogelzang & Chung, helps clients navigate employment litigation with a particular emphasis on defending against claims of discrimination, according to Littler.
He provides counsel on wage and hour matters, conducts workplace investigations, and provides trainings on preventing discrimination and harassment, said the firm.
