Soowon Hong, Betty Lee, and Shiau Sang Tee have joined Littler Mendelson as counsel with the APAC regional office in Singapore, the firm said Monday.
Hong, who was managing partner at Hwang Hong & Co., advises multinational companies on Korean employment and labor law matters, including hiring, performance management and termination of employees, and the employment law aspects of restructurings and mergers and acquisitions, according to Littler.
Lee, who practiced as an attorney in the Hong Kong employment practice at Howse Williams, provides advice on employment matters such as talent acquisition, classification of workers, termination processes, compensation and benefits issues, restrictive covenants, and workplace training, Littler said.
Sang Tee advises on benefits and entitlements, termination of employment, discrimination and harassment, and employment issues in business restructurings, according to the firm.
