Littler Adds Seth Mehrten as Litigation Shareholder in Fresno

Seth Mehrten joined Littler as a shareholder in Fresno, Calif., the firm announced Monday.

Mehrten’s practice focuses on employment-related litigation, representing employers against claims involving wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, the firm said.

He handles disputes in federal and state courts, as well as class actions, and defends clients before agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the Labor Department, the Agricultural Labor Relations Board, the California Civil Rights Department, and the California Labor Commissioner.

He joins from Barsamian & Moody.
