Daniel Johnson joined Littler as a shareholder in its Kansas City office, the firm announced Monday.
Johnson represents employers on workplace issues including discrimination and harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, wage and hour disputes, and restrictive covenant matters. His litigation practice includes representing employers before the National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and various state-level agencies, the firm said.
He joins from Ogletree Deakins.
