Jamie Spataro has joined Littler Mendelson as a shareholder withe the occupational health and safety practice group in Pittsburgh, Penn., the firm said Monday.
Spataro deals with workplace safety and health issues involving the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Labour Canada, according to Littler. He has experience with issues such as COVID-19 and infectious disease mitigation, hazardous materials and dangerous goods transportation, and transportation industry obligations.
He previously served as a lead counsel for FedEx Ground, Littler said.
